Welcome
HQ: Anderson, Indiana 46016
Republican Constitutional Conservatarian
that believes in a democratic
constitutional republic for the people.
For the People — Not the Party PAC Club!
I’m Nicole (Schuyler) Kapuscinski, an 11th Generation American Melungeon, a Combat Veteran, and a proud Hoosier from Anderson in Madison County, Indiana. My journey has been defined by service — to my country, my community, and the truth.
This campaign isn’t about career politics or party loyalty — it’s about accountability, integrity, and representation for the people who live and work right here in our district. I’m running because too many of us have been left without a voice while government insiders make decisions that affect our homes, our families, and our future.
This campaign is about restoring truth, transparency, and accountability to government — at every level. For far too long, political insiders and party elites have made decisions that serve themselves instead of the people they’re supposed to represent. I’m running to change that.
I’ve served this country in uniform, and now I’m standing up again not for a party agenda, but for the Constitution, common sense, and the everyday Americans who deserve better from their leaders.
What I Stand For:
-
Election Integrity — Every vote must count, and every citizen deserves confidence in our system.
-
Government Transparency — No more backroom deals or hidden decisions.
The public deserves honesty.
-
Environmental & Public Health Responsibility Clean water,
safe communities, and accountability for those who pollute
or neglect public safety.
-
Constitutional Rights — Freedom of speech, religion,
and self-defense are not negotiable.
-
Veterans & Working Families — Standing up for those
who serve and those who keep our communities running every day.
My Promise to You:
-
To fight for honest elections, transparent government,
and strong local accountability.
-
To protect our water, land, and health — ensuring environmental
responsibility that serves the public, not corporations.
-
To stand up for veterans, working families, the forgotten citizens
who keep our communities alive, and the unhoused.
-
To defend the Constitutional rights and freedoms of every citizen,
equally and without compromise.
This is your campaign as much as it is mine.
Together, "WE" can restore trust in local government, bring truth back to
public service, and build a future worthy of the next generation.
Let's make history together in 2026!!

William C. Jones rebuttal?!?
Thanks for the screenshots, folks.
It appears the political antics are afoot this evening 01/19/2026
Yes — I have a history.
I’ve never denied that. In fact, I wouldn’t rewrite my past even if I could, because it made me who I am.
Right after my mother had me ruled “unfit” so she could move to Florida, I joined the U.S. Army.
I was a poor single mom. Being poor does not mean you’re unfit —
it means you don’t have the money to hire the kind of attorney people with privilege take for granted.
The only way my mother could pull that off was by making me look foolish in court. She is dead now or she could answer for me.
And what the record won’t show is how many times I still helped her afterward.
2007 JAN 17— I joined the Army.
I served this nation.
And I’ll say this plainly:
If I was qualified to serve my country,
I was qualified to be a mother.
We eventually made peace over time.
I’ve had access to my son since 2009.
My son and I talk almost daily.
I also secured him and Aaron Kapuściński a full ride scholarship to any college in the State of Indiana.
2020–2022 — Hodson vs. Kapuscinski (Bitter Sweet Win)
In 2020, Hodson vs. Kapuscinski happened and it cost me and my husband nearly $100,000 in damages/consumer injuries.
We caught our neighbor committing real estate fraud and election-related misconduct. The lockdown made things even harder — Aaron couldn’t work during part of it — but we fought back, and we won in 2022. The struggle is real in 2026.
William C. Jones and Political Haters won't tell Voters that part. Heck, they won't even let me rebuttal their lies. So that should tell folks they aren't about the truth, and we don't even know if the account is a real person or not. It could be a burner account.
What I want people to pay attention to is this:
-
Why did no local law enforcement investigate the real crimes?
-
How was Hodson able to pull off real estate fraud and walk away like it was nothing?
-
How did someone lie under oath, and the courts did NOTHING?
Now let’s talk about William C. Jones. (Stolen Valor)
William C. Jones went off on Katherine Callahan the other day 01/15/2026. I stepped in with facts — because I’m not going to stand by while people attack others and spread misinformation with lies or half truths about my friends.
His response was basically that he doesn’t care if a law enforcement officer lied about a whistleblower.
That should be a massive red flag — especially coming from someone who claims to be a Marshal himself.
So, when you hear William C. Jones talking about us,
remember this:
-
Crimes were committed against us starting in 2020.
-
We fought for two years.
-
We won in 2022.
And STILL — no real investigations were launched into what happened. Let that sink in.
This started because he was attacking Katherine, and he didn’t like that I came in with facts. As of 01/19/2026 I am no longer able to rebuttal him because he blocked me.
Podcast The 2026 Can of Worms (William C. Jones/Beeman)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evteOPrYgVU
Proof that the whistle blower's name was different than the one given by Beeman to collect the reward money:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1mFv_iIZJ9KoWCfwWruaMQia5FPX3uCET?fbclid=IwY2xjawPcWbJleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETFQbmxDdU82dGZ2UHQ0T3hoc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHtFzYFzcqzZ7AO0N_f_oXpob4BkQ2ZoAGJvM1F7oC2rpCteg9j1LIZwnBsir_aem_E4i4GvCoZIX3-ivE1oMgbA
And the fact is this: Sheriff Beeman lied.
We don’t know why he lied.
But we DO know the person who called the tip in about Sumner and the person he named are two different people. Even Beeman admitted the money didn’t “catch” Sumner — so it’s strange how hard William C. Jones is riding for this narrative.
So, no — I’m not perfect.
I never claimed to be.
But I also have never committed election crimes in Madison County or any other County or State.
Mikael Vaughn has. (Beeman pick?!?)
Vote for Mikael if you want to — that’s your right.
But he’s part of the same systemic failures that have been destroying public trust in this county for years.
I’m equally sure that everyone attacking me and Aaron Kapuściński have far worse skeletons than we do.
That’s exactly why I’m not afraid to fight the trolls on my next move. If the worst thing anyone has on me is something from MyCase from 20 years ago, then I’m fine with that. I’m not hiding from my past. I’ve survived it, learned from it, and I’m still standing.
What’s wild is how some people seem more bothered by me campaigning to run against someone who committed election fraud and served prison time than they are bothered by the fraud itself.
Make that make sense.
And let me say this plainly:
I have bills to pay — just like everyone else.
So, I don’t understand why it would be “a problem” for me to do something I love while I work to build a future for my family.
Aaron and my son are in college right now 01/19/2026, and we’re planning to launch a new HVAC business within the next year either way. Jennifer and Todd Culp claimed a million-dollar bankruptcy and still won an election 2024. We didn't claim bankruptcy and are still working out the consumer injuries by local Politicians/GOV.
But somehow people want to clutch pearls because my debt came from being dragged into a frivolous lawsuit and dealing with the fallout of real misconduct by an election official. At least we have a good reason for the debt, and we are working hard to get it paid off. It's hard on a budget.
Being POOR isn't a crime!
Apparently, in Madison County, it’s acceptable to play the system — but it’s not acceptable to stand up for yourself and refuse to be intimidated by people like William C. Jones or Pam Stires who called Steve Sumner her Daddy.
Noted.
So, keep talking.
I’m still here.
And I’m not going anywhere. Hooah

How many times has Mikael Vaughn been voted out?
Enough to prove one thing:
he’s had his chances — and he blew them.
Mikael Vaughn is a known party-hopper who wants people’s votes, but not their voices once he gets into power.
That’s not leadership — that’s opportunism.
And let me be very clear about the difference between me and them:
I’m not a felon.
I’m not running to cover up a past.
I’m running because I’m tired of watching Madison County be run by corruption, political nepotism, and failed leadership — while regular citizens get ignored, mocked, or targeted.
I’ve spent the last couple of years exposing what’s wrong in Madison County politics because when I needed protection the most,
the justice system did nothing.
They didn’t protect me.
They didn’t investigate what happened to us.
They didn’t enforce accountability, State Codes, or Laws.
But I did volunteer to protect this, Nation.
I was willing to sacrifice my life in a war zone for the freedoms we claim to value here at home — including the freedom to speak up, ask questions, and demand transparency.
So if people hate me based on outdated information, so be it.
If people would rather believe the talking points of someone who supported Steve Sumner — and thinks it’s acceptable for a law enforcement officer to lie during an investigation — so be it.
I can’t change minds that don’t want the truth.
All I can do is keep moving forward with transparency and keep doing what I’ve always done: stand up, even when it’s uncomfortable.
And yes — I have bills to pay. I have responsibilities.
How exactly am I supposed to pay debts off
if I’m not allowed to work or succeed?
So why wouldn’t I go for a position I’d actually be good at?
I survived the pandemic lockdown while being attacked from all sides — the local Democrat Party, and a Republican Party that covered down for election crimes. That should be concern folks. How was I able to survive such blatant attacks on my family?
If some people are willing to accept political corruption, nepotism, and poor leadership, that’s their decision. But accountability matters, and the consequences are already showing up. Madison County has been defunded under the current group of so-called leaders. I can’t change the past, including how I voted.
What I can change is what I do next — and I will not stay quiet while the same system I defended through service to this nation turns around and targets citizens for speaking up.
